Happy news! Starting today, our little shop at 2711 West State Street in Boise will be open Wednesdays through Sundays, from 11:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Our re-opening is the result of two things: wanting to see more of you, dear visitors, and my having finally left my full-time day job.

Like many of you, I’ve joined The Great Resignation. Just last week, after 11 years and two months at a corporate job that was great for a long time (until it wasn’t), I said goodbye to a life half lived and hello to the precious opportunity to do what I love and to make other people happy in the process.

Inspired by many articles, like this one by author N.K. Jemisin on why it's never too late to quit your day job, I started to think about what life might be like if I stopped settling for dissatisfaction and embraced my passion for deep, creative work.

Like Jemisin, I’m about to find my flow and re-discover self-care, which is all too easy to give up. I’m excited to take this leap, get back to blending, and provide you with the richest of scent and skin care experiences.
